Janitorial Staff  – Job Description

Granary Road is seeking an experienced cleaner for the Farmer's Market.

Requirements:

• Physically able to handle repetitive work, kneel/bend for extended periods of time 

• Physically able to lift 50lbs    

• Understands what clean means 

• Strong attention to detail and be able to work with minimal supervision

• Reliable transportation is required as we are located 5 kilometers outside of the city

​

Job Duties:

• Cleaning and sanitizing public washrooms consistently throughout the day

• Empty garbage / recycle bins in and around market building

• Always keeping the Farmer’s Market clean and public ready

• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, highchairs, & food trays after each use in a high-volume environment

• Replenishing of products / stock when needed

• Office cleaning, floors, cabinets, etc.

Schedule and Hours:

• Available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Mondays in-between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm

• Location: Foothills, AB
